Since we provide creative and digital services (not physical products), refunds work differently and are subject to specific conditions outlined below.
General Principles
We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into every project.
Refunds are considered only in specific cases, and not once work has been substantially delivered.
Advance payments act as a commitment fee and are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
Project Not Started: If no work has commenced and no resources have been allocated, we can refund up to 80% of the paid amount (after administrative charges).
Service Delay by Us: If we are unable to initiate or deliver services within the mutually agreed timeframe due to internal reasons, you may request a partial or full refund.
Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice by mistake, we will refund the duplicate amount in full.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
If delays occur due to client-side issues (late approvals, missing content, inaccurate inputs).
Once design concepts, development code, campaign ads, or creative deliverables have been shared.
For third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, hosting, ad spend on Google/Meta, paid plugins/apps).
Process for Requesting a Refund
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
Send a written request to hello@lemontalks.ae with details of your project and payment.
Our accounts team will review and respond within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).
Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
