Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and approvals.

Ensure you have rights for any content, images, or data shared with us.

Delays in client inputs may extend project timelines.

Limitation of Liability

LemonTalks® is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

While we strive for 100% uptime and smooth delivery, we are not responsible for interruptions caused by hosting providers, third-party tools, or platforms beyond our control (e.g., Meta, Google, Shopify).

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service contract with written notice.

Any completed work and fees up to the date of termination will be payable.

Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
